02 / About
Four disciplines, one habit of mind.
Saurabh Giri studies digital forensics and cybersecurity, and spends the rest of his time building the software, interfaces and images that sit on the other side of that discipline. The two halves inform each other: understanding how a system can be broken changes how you build one, and building things well is what makes their failure modes worth studying in the first place.
He works comfortably across C, C++ and Python, moves into UI/UX and Photoshop when a problem is visual, and treats web development as the place all of it gets shipped. Photography runs alongside as a separate, quieter practice a way of paying attention that has nothing to do with a screen's logic at all.
None of this is presented as finished expertise. It is a student's portfolio, built the way the work itself is built: carefully, in public, one project at a time.
